i read something in a book recently about Kant. apparantley he put down a "roadblock" that made the rational argument for the existence of God impossible. i was curious about what exactly Kant wrote, so i asked. i got this answer:

"
This is the roadblock:
No external authority (even divine) can provide moral criteria, for this would violate the rational self"

so the question is whether or not our rational self (as christians) is violated by God's revelation to us through his word? get back to me if you have any ideas.
